Notice: CINAHL Plus technical issues with RIS exports

Please note that some users are experiencing the technical issue of 'Export Results (Email a link to download exported results)' as an RIS file not working in Ebsco databases, including CINAHL Plus.
 
Ebsco has been alerted to this issue and are investigating.  If you are seeing an "Application Level Exception" error message, you can also try the following to troubleshoot the issue:
 
- switch to another browser
- clear your cache, cookies, and browser history
- try accessing the database a few hours later
 
Until these technical issues are resolved, please consider these workarounds to save searches and export your results into a citation management program:
 
- copying a link to your search into a Word document, using the Share > Use Permalink (Persistent link to search (copy and paste)) option
- exporting search results into a citation management program by first adding them to a Folder (full instructions are in this guide: Exporting references from CINAHL)
